good location but anything else were so bad

the rooms were bad,very old very different from the photos on the websites, dirty, bad smell and the toilet was disgusting so my friend and I we were stay there just around 4-5 hours.

Terrible, worst stay ever

Stains everywhere, rat poo in the rooms, very untidy beds, staff were so rude and looked like they were from the Mafia. Wasn’t air conditioned. Got stuck in the lift for 3 hours. Room stunk like dirty cupboards. My bathtub at home is bigger then the pool. We checked out after staying one day and no offered refund. Stay away I would rather sleep on the street with the stray dogs.

Broken tile on the floor, marks on the bedsheets and bedside, changed room to a prebooked room, so changed again to another room where the water was a mere trickle in the wash basin, ants on the floor and walls, swimming pool out of action the entire stay of 7 nights! No vegetarian food option, no phone in the room, leaking aircon, room key fob had to be reset every night causing inconvenience, only 2 channels in English the rest in Russian/ Thai.

What would you highlight about Patong Holiday by Tuana Group

Good location, could walk to the beach (20-25 mins) and bangla walking street (10 mins). 7/11 and shopping mall is 5 minute walk also. Staff were nice, room and shower were clean and lovely. The food in the lobby is cheap. Wifi is good.

The staff who did the cleaning woke us up most days, but nothing too major.

Nothing good about the property, staffs were ignorant and not polite. The location of the property is the only good point as it is near to a shopping mall and pharmacies and eating restaurants. That's about it. Please think twice. We will not come back here again. Coming to phuket is a relaxing trip, but with this hotel, it wouldn't be relaxing.

DO NOT TRUST THE HOTEL PICTURES! The payment will not be made through booking.com and has to be paid to the hotel staffs on the check-in day. A deposit of 2000baht is to be made to the hotel on the first day as well, which is ridiculous. Beware to set aside money for the huge sum of deposit???!!!?! Pictures shown in the website were vastly different from the actual hotel, and the staff told us that they do not have the hotel interior as shown in the pictures. There are 2 parts to the hotel, lobby 2 has the older rooms while lobby 3 is more refurbished. Initially, we were given a standard room in lobby 2. We entered the room with a shock, the bed is just right at the door and there was almost little space to put luggages. The toilet stinks like a drainage and the room interior was not up to standard as the wall paint was peeling off and aircon was dirty and damaged. The furniture in the room consisted of a lamp, a table top and a chair, which were filled with dirty stains. The room felt very suppressed as there was no window and mosquito were flying around. Hence we went down to the lobby and asked for an exchange of room because it was way too dirty. The staff told us rudely that if we want the room as shown in the pictures, we have to upgrade to a room with window which cost 300baht/day. In the end, we insisted on a change of room, another staff came in and gave us a room card in lobby 3 to let us see if we are satisfied. The room had more colours and was definitely much bigger than the previous room. Although the room had some stains on the wall which was unpleasant to sight, lobby 3 hotel room is better (with no window again). The noise from the corridor and the neighbouring room can be heard in our room, very bad noise isolation. We did wash our clothes in the bathroom after visiting to the beaches but the absence of sunlight in the room actually made the clothes dry with foul smell.

The location was quite good. The bed was really comfortable.

The room was not as nice as on the pictures and it was a bit dirty. E.g. the courtains were dirty, the bedsheets or even the windows.
